I know this ointment form Poland, my mum always used this cream on my face when weather was cold outside, because gave me protection to my baby skin. Now in age 35+ i can recommend this ointment as night cream (face and neck) to use 3 times a week, and almost every night eye cream, because is "heavy" and bit oily doesn't suitable for a day. This cream will look after sensitive skin around eyes and will help lashes to grow and eyebrows will change for better too.
