The Stanley STA0-16-139 Laminate Trimmer has two spring loaded blades for trimming both sides of edging strip in one sweep. One side cuts straight while the other side can be adjusted for a tapered cut. With threaded metal inserts for repeated adjustments. It is suitable for thin laminates, veneers and edge banding and is spring loaded for adjustable cuts from 1/2-1in.

not cutting edge tool
Bought this tool being a Stanley as i had quite a few laminate edges to trim. Tried on spare pieces to try out, it is absolutely useless, i am very adept at diy but this tool also had no instructions for set up, and however blades were adjusted it made a complete mess of th e cut edges. Went back to previous method of using a quick sand with bosch mouse sander and finishing off the required bevel with a file. Only one place for this tool, the bin.!
