Almost empty
I use this brand of eyeliner regularly, so naturally I was over the moon to find it at this price, brand new. Or so it was supposed to be. When it arrived it didn't have it's plastic seal, forgivable as the nib looked clean. But on the first use I managed to do one wing ok, but doing the next eye it has run out.
