The DeLonghi F28311 Roto fryer uses a unique rotating basket with a capacity of only half the oil of traditional deep fryers. To fry 1kg of food you need only 1 to 1.2 litres of oil, saving you money. Operation is easy and extra safe thanks to an external control which allows you to raise or lower the basket with the lid closed. The extra large viewing window ensures you can always keep on eye on what you’re cooking, and with an adjustable thermostat of between 150-190ºC you can control ...

3rd one
As this is the 3 Delonghi Deep Fat Fryer, last 2 were not Teflon coated, so very pleased and I do hope that it will be easy to clean, the last 2 had a plastic tub that you could sieve the fat through this one did not, but I was very happy with the price and I do hope others find out that you can get them cheaper than £100 .00

Roto fryer
very useable product - I use it at least once a week. The oil drain facility is a godsend. Weakness is that where the basket handle fits on to the edge of the fryer there are places for oil to collect and oxidise - making this difficult to keep clean. BUT it is much better for cleaning than any other fryer. Hopefully the manufacture will iron this out with the next version and it will then be perfect
