Good Features and Accessories
The quality, comfort, range and voice ID is very good. I find that my only complaint is that, when a text comes in there is a pause re: my saying "read it" and then the text being read. I’ve had three or four of these Plantronics Earpieces and this one by far is the worst I’ve ever owned. The sound quality is terrible when I have a conversation the person has to call me back or I have to call them. USB plug is gone for better reliability still as comfortable as the previous model
The earlier model used a micro USB plug to charge. The constant plugging and unplugging finally got to it and it broke. The new model uses flat contacts which connect when you put the unit in a stand. No pulling or tripping on the wire to break the plug because there isn't a plug. Much better. I also like the voice commands (pretty limited but works every time). Just say "answer" or "reject" on an incoming call. There are other nice features due to the proximity sensor built into the unit. It's still very comfortable to wear. I've almost taken a shower with the unit still in my ear because I forgot it was there. Now that's comfortable. No complaints from callers either. With the older unit I would occasionally get some Bluetooth static or choppiness but that's gone, although that could have been caused by my old phone which has also been upgraded. Overall I like the over the ear design since it won't fall out like the ones that are held in place by the ear canal, and the switches (on/off, volume, answer/ hangup etc.) are well placed and easy to find without a lot of fuss. Compared with my older model this one is more refinements than a total re-do. The basic design and comfort are still there. I would buy it again if I lost it. Just be sure you get the right model as one is for phones and the other for call center use (although I think the differences are minor). The best price at the time I bought was here on e-Bay, new for $110.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent but noisy
I loved this unit. I even got an upgrade to the software. The only problem I experienced was noise and breaking up on the receivers end. I don't know if this was my phone or the unit. PT legend remains the same :-)
I went back to buy this PT legend because I bought one about a year ago well I lost the earbud to it I came back in and I bought another one at a great price and it's exactly like my last one I love it!! It's totally awesome! I would recommend this Bluetooth to anybody I mean it talks to you and asked you if you want to accept the call or ignore it. And it works! Great for short expected life before I lose it.

another winner from Plantronics
This is my fourth or fifth Plantronics legend headset. I've kept them until the batteries die or i kill them (Hint: they don't do well in a washing machine.) Sound quality is excellent, battery life is good,a nd they charge quickly. the only thing a bit annoying about the Legend is the non-standard charging connector. Tons of features for a compact product. Calls are clear, but I wish the microphone was a little longer as folks say my speaking volume is not as high as it could be. This works great with Cisco Softphone and WebEx which is what I use for work. Talk time is roughly 7 1/2 hours on a full charge. It is comfortable to wear and I hardly notice I'm wearing the headset. The charging case is awesome; just plug it into your laptop and not only does it keep the headset safe and clean, but it also charges while not in use. Very clever design. Well worth the money!!!
