    Easy start guide!

    Its pretty easy to understand. Offers a few recipe ideas. The method of calorie calculation is simple enough. You can actually eat quite a lot of food for 500-600 calories. I use myfitness pal app to help with that. Easy enough to fit into a weekly routine. I generally use it to kick start my weight loss when I reach a plateau.

    This book does not have any photos of the 5:2 recipes, which is a big drawback to what promised to be a very useful book. The eyes are perhaps the most important part of meal selection and preparation so it is not inspiring to try to find new and different meals.
