A natural intestinal luibricant
A much better option, as a temporary answer to constipation, than hard hitting laxatives on the market. Always gentle, as an outcome. Always natural in the approach. However,, realising that it should never be used as a constant remedy. Therefore, people should look at their diets, if the condition becomes a constant concern. It keeps my cat regular & happy!
One of my cats was diagnosed a long time ago (she is now 15!) with a condition known as mega-colon, twice a day I give her 2 small syringe fulls of liquid paraffin along with other medication prescribed by our vet. When she was first diagnosed I could easily purchase liquid paraffin, but it became more difficult over the years to buy, I eventually could only get livestock varieties, which seemed less palatable for my cat?
