Not Perfect ... But Close
I have used Blackberry for many of the past 15 years but have tried almost all other major types during that same time period. Regarding the service and performance; outstanding. Even the avid players that use Droid's and Apple will not argue that. Of course, it is and always has been non standard. You really have to dig to learn how to use it. Like anything else, once you do, you are fine with it. It usually takes an extra keystroke or two to get where you want to go, and a few things seem a bit over complicated, but if you are willing to put in a little extra time, the performance it well worth it. Regarding quality, it is the best quality phone I have ever used .... period. In my opinion, there is almost never such a thing as a 5 as there si always room for improvement, but I would not rate any other phone that I have ever used since 1986 as high as this one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Blackberry Z10 Verizon CDMA
The phone I received was a new-in-box model with all of the correct accessories (wall receptacle adapter, USB cable, and phone battery). As an aside, it is my understanding that some of the Z10s come packaged with headphones, but apparently the Verizon branded ones do not. I know the description/picture does not show them, but this is an accessory commonly included with other phones that some customers may assume is included. One word of caution is to look at which specific model of the Z10 works on your carrier. This phone is the STL100-4 model. I specifically ordered this one over other unlocked models which did not specify whether the phone was compatible with Verizon's CDMA network. Most are generic unlocked GSM network models which will work on a variety of networks, but not Verizon Wireless in the US. So far the battery life is about average for smartphones in its class (full work day; charge every night). I have found the touch-based interactions are very simple and are better implemented than those from other smartphones (I had been a long-time iPhone user). I also like that the screen is a bit larger than an iPhone 5/5s but not so big as some of the new large 'phablet' phones. The biggest strength of this phone is the BB Hub used to manage email and other messages, which was the inspiration for getting this phone in the first place. The only real weakness is the scarcity of some apps. However, this area is looking up since BB has partnered with the Amazon app store and android apps are now compatible. Modern features with a smaller size
I ventured into the touch screen world with this model and so far am getting along well with the phone. I like the removable battery and it has plenty features at value pricing.
