Helps give me an easier nights sleep.
It's a good product. I am using it at present but find I need something stronger and I cannot see a doctor for a fortnight. She advised me by phone to keep taking them until she can assess me for something stronger on prescription. Meanwhile 2 a night helps keep the cramps at bay. The box cover says with Quinine Sulfate but the list of active ingredients on the back does not mention any such content. This something the best for cramps
I've been buying it for myself - which is the best solution ever. I have to buy it for my mum and my auntie too - they are amazed how quick it starts to work and wow long it works. THEY WORK EVEN AT A REDUCED DOSAGE.
I AM 68YRS OLD AND HAVE SUFFERRED FROM LEG CRAMPS SINCE MY TEENS. THEY USUALLY GRAB ME AT NIGHT AFTER A DAY OF EXTRA WALKING OR STANDING ON A HARD FLOOR.
