You Can't Beat A Casio 50M Water-Resistant Watch For Scuba
I've been buying these watches for decades. The strap goes before the watch. They used to cost under $10; they are still a terrific value. It keeps better time than my fancy expensive watch; it never needs winding, has dual time, stopwatch and alarm, and it is good to a depth of over 130 feet. You can't beat it. I wear it all the time; not just when swimming, snorkeling or diving.
