Easy to use
The record cleaner is easy to use, however extra cleaning fluid is expensive, you can make your own a lot cheaper ( videos on you tube etc). The Knosti is a lot cheaper than some other systems on the market, but do exspect farely flimsey plastic etc, but it does a reasonable job if used correctly. I would advise a troll through you tube video’s to get useage tips etc. I certainly do not regret buying it. They also send some free stylus cleaning putty which great. All in all, if you are a vinyl lover, this is a great place to start, when cleaning your records. Remember if your L.P is scatched, the Knosti can’t work miracles, but it will eliminate dust from the record grooves which causes a lot of the surface noise etc, however somerecords may need more than 1 clean.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Starts off great.
The rack holds 8 records at a time which takes about 20+ minutes to clean. The first 8 records come off really clean but the dirt and dust is in the liquid. When you pour the liquid back through the filter into the bottle it spills like a dodgy milk bottle. You need to be confident pouring it back or it will go everywhere. After you have completed a few batches the you find that some record end up with more dust that you started with. However I guess deep down dirt should be removed and you have the anti-static covering that may help lessen the the dust attraction in the future. It seem to clean about 60 records with the supplied solution. The free needle cleaning putty I received with my purchase is superb.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worth the effort
Bit fiddly to use at first and could be messy. Don't use on a varnished surface as the liquid cleaner eats into the surface. An addition of a roller drive motor would be nice but that's just being picky. Once set up it's easy to use but not worth using on one album at a time. The drying rack takes 7 discs so you'll need to batch them up. But the results are worth it. Worked for me.
Used a mix of distilled water,rinse aid and fairy liquid. Tiny amounts. Records that skated every time we’re perfect I stuck a very thin rubber band around the disc holder. No leaks at all. What can I say about this product ? works well, very well, once you get familiar with it.
This is and always has been the best record cleaning kit available. Very easy to use, and provided you rinse the record with distilled or deionized water before drying, records are spotless and sound much better. It can't work miracles, if the record is worn out it won't make it new, but it removes pretty much all the dust and grease from the grooves and rejuvenates them. OK, it could be improved, the record holder is difficult to grasp when out of the holder, but you develop a technique after a few goes. I wouldn't be without one. Best value cleaner
Excellent product. Will revitalise records you thought were ruined, turns out some of those scratches are just grime. Can't work miracles with real scratches but things come up shiny and new that appeared a lost cause. I did find the liquid it came with left a residue that clogged up the stylus, so I now rinse thoroughly under a tap after each clean in the machine. And I've now made up my own solution with about 4 parts distilled water, to one part isopropyl alcohol and a wee squirt of fairy liquid. And I turn each record about 20 times. Takes about 2 mins a record including rinsing. A handle would be nice, but apart fro that pretty pleased. The drying rack holds 15 LPs which is pretty handy, it would be better to include two of these racks though as they're not quite dry by the time you want to start the next batch. If you have records that have seen a few parties or had for many years of use, this is a great investment.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Work well for me
Easy to work with, turning the LPs whilst in the spindle can be a bit of a pain, as the unit is not particularly steady- but if you steady the unit and spin with your thumb and fore finger it works a treat ! When emptying I would recommend decanting into a jug first, before filtering back to the bottle- as the spout on the unit is pretty wide. All in all the product cleaned some amount of dirt from my older vinyl- a few I had to do twice, but I would certainly recommend the product

Transforms Vinyl!
I bought this not really thinking I would hear a dramatic improvement to our records (some from the 60's), which crackled, and hissed, and bumped along rather more than even nostalgic ears could bear. It could not have worked better, it is like having brand new records. I would say just as clear as MP3 or CD. I couldn't recomend this product more.
