Fantastic heavy grade watercolour paper for imparting texture into paintings.
I was always under the impression that heavy weight (640gsm) hand made Watercolour paper was expensive but no so! It's well worth £1 per sheet to get such a remarkable product which puts a whole new meaning to the word texture. This paper is Rough' and almost pulls the paint from the brush giving interesting results particularly when using dry brush work. As the surface is not even it is easy to leave small patches of untouched paper which also help in building texture. So far I have only experimented with the paper - bu I have several projects in mind which I am sure it will suit perfectly . Being heavy grade the paper buckles less that other grades

Beautiful heavyweight paper
This is a wonderful heavyweight textured paper with many uses, from painting to stitching. The price was excellent as was the quality of the paper - I shall be buying more in the future and would highly recommend it to artists and those with an interest in making hand made books.
