Loved the product. Cooked our dinner to perfection using the pre-set buttons but unfortunately the manual temp & timer controls failed and it was confirmed by Tower that it was a faulty product so had to be returned. Definitely on the large size so is no good for a small kitchen. The fryer looks good and the dual baskets is very handy. The instructions are overly confusing and made little sense. Once you get past that the operation of the fryer is easy enough. The biggest issue I have with it is that it doesn't crisp food as well as a normal air fryer. After problems with eBay discount code on refurbished goods I switched from intending to buy a Ninja To buying the Tower ,advertised as used once .I was very pleased with condition of the air fryer.Many people had stated that the operating instructions are very poor , but watching various instructional videos on YouTube it’s really a piece of cake.Use the instruction booklet to light a fire is my advice.The cooker is great with preset cooking times for most occasions with a little adjustments here and there you get fantastic results every timeVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

It is a little problem to short out automated buttons,no doubt will manerit eventually.
the firstone My wife purchased was a complete DUD it dint work that was bought through E Bay a monthago.
