Works well as wireless MagSafe charger, with some exceptions.
Wanted a Magsafe wireless power bank which would work with my Otterbox defender. Honestly, this does not charge through the defender case, but works perfectly through my wife's Samsung with plastic case. I think it would work if I took of the Otterbox case, but I'm rough on phones. It has magnetic ring, so it will attach to a metal case smartphone that will charge wirelessly. I was impressed at how fast it charged my wife's phone, since it's only 3000mAmp. Of course, I can still use it for backup travel, just plug it into my phone. This does not charge up wireless as do the Otterbox MagSafe "puck" style batteries do, but it's less than 1/2 the price. Sort of outdated technology, but if your phone will charge wireless and is compatible with MagSafe charging, it's a good backup, or leave it attached to your phone for an extended battery time.

Helps keep your phone battery alive when you need it most! Mag safe compatibility is also cool. No complaints, does warm up the pocket a bit but bearable.
