Bought this to replace previous thermos cool bag set which has given many years service. This is larger than the biggest of the set of three we have got, so can pack plenty of food, drinks etc for our frequent trips out. Because it has a 'loose' bottom, it is easy to store flat, but at the same time it has a very sturdy construction. Best cool bag ever bought - can access from all round zip along the top - also from velcro fastened lift up top pocket. To increase length of 'cooling time' I recommend that you purchase separately a re-freezable 'flat' try which fits neatly in the bottom, and put a plastic bag around that while using it as some condensation takes place.
