Good Quality Pan
Ordered this pan to make Paella for our Spanish Themed Boxing Day family dinner. Some reviews have said that 50cm was good for about 6 portions but we made 16 good size portions with room to spare. Pan is made from thick steel, so the heat from our gas burner was spread evenly without any hot spots and the enamel coating made the washup really easy. a perfect alternative to a BBQ
A good product with plenty of scope for other uses as well as paella. The enamelled dish means that it can be used for a variety of foods. We have done the traditional paella as well as steaks (for 9) preparing the sauce at the same time in the pan. All cleans up very easily.
