2 x Ibuleve Max Strength Gel 50g
I tried the Nurofen Max Gel before trying Ibuleve Max Strength Gel and found that not only was it expensive it also didn't really help with my back and muscle pains. I went through the tube as it was water. Ibuleve Max Strength Gel is somewhat a little better, but still hasn't made any major difference for my back and muscle pains. I thought 10% Ibuprofen would make a difference, but it seems I would need something near enough 20% or more to find any relief.

This cream really worked for me I had nasty fall onto my knee and was in agony I got loads of relief from the cram but I must say the smell is disgusting that’s the only thing I didn’t like .
