This seems well engineered and constructed but it really is far too heavy......I have used normal spear and jackson fibre glass handled diggers for years and thought I would change to this. Perfect for a fencer as they last a lot longer than the flimsy ones from screw fix that bend with a twig in the hole. But overall very good value for the money. I would recommend it to anyone doing fences. Yes, they are more than double the price of the cheap ones from Screwfix but the old saying goes.
