Bad remote

excellent Product
I had one for some time but the USB Port fell apart. I ordered this one and it is a little more expensive by about $5.00. It responds faster and it excellent. The scan of channels was terrific too. Overall Impression
The reception is not that good. My other older box has better reception. You can't record one show and watch another at same time. Device and remote seem cheaply made. USB can't hold a lot of recording. Maybe a little over an hour worth.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worth it's price
I've had antenna issues for ever. I think it was the box that came with it. I swapped out boxes but got the same results. As soon as I connected this box, even without turning it on, I received several more channels that I couldn't pick up before. Soooo happy because a few of them I love. Worst I ever spent
The remote came in a little zip lock bag in the package. No instructions on how to reprogram it to your converter box or anything else. I still haven't been able to program it to my box and it sits on the box day in and day out taking up space.
