I was so not happy to say the least
I have just had this item delivered..I live alone and was not aware that the bolts would not be removed and I had no tool to remove them..there was also a lot of water on the floor when the packaging had been removed this I was told was due to testing..however, I have had washing machines delivered in the past were the bolts were removed free of charge and I have never had water come from any machine that I have bought in the past...cancelled the machine as I was not comfortable with the amount of water..perhaps I have just been unlucky, I was looking forward to having this machine up and running for Christmas but now I will have to wait Such a shame...so no I could not have accept it under those circumstances !Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
