Good but all the right features in the wrong product
The sounds are good but the lack of a battery pack is bad. It can only be powered from micro USB there is no battery pack options or DC jack. It is digital and has many audio filters that are not present on the korg minilogue, monologue or prologue. It would have been nice to see a high pass filter on the minilogue or prologue instead of this small synthesizer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Inspiring fun piece of kit for a low price!
Taking 20-30 mins to assemble, this kit is great for musicians wanting some fresh inspiration at a bargain price. Sound quality is classic Korg, with all the size and weight you’d hope for. 3rd party additional oscillators and effects can be superb, but mostly when paid for ones. I have found a good Poly800 option and a bit crusher effect both free. DirtBox Synth oscillators are superb, but paid for. The audio effects processors can be applied to an audio input too, making this worth the price for the quality of the effects alone. Midi input is either by USB or via a mini jack which uses the ‘A’ type wiring, the same as Line 6 devices (the first to use mini jack for midi).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
