First impressions are pretty good. decent colour for simple stuff, i'm not using it for anything that needs perfect picture quality.
it is extremely lightweight which is what i would expect from a portable monitor.
downside would be the stand, doesn't seem secure enough in my opinion, uses a folding case similar to other tablets, for a screen this size, it seems maybe just enough.
they should have added a third button for the setting adjustments but thats not too important as im not fiddling with the settings too much.
i havent got the auto rotate function to work but im not needing it to rotate.
otherwise and overall, pretty happy with it.
Purchased this to supplement my work from home set up to make it easier to work from other places (ie coffee shop, Airbnb, pub etc). This monitor is great, doesn't weigh too much, is totally self contained (gets power from the computer it's hooked up to). I do a lot of spreadsheeting for work and screen real estate is key to effeciency and this has been great. In adition to working via USB-C on my modern work laptop the monitor also works reasonably well on my early 2014 Macbook Air using an adapter and the DisplayLink software for Mac. Very happy with this purchase.
My only complaint is the stand doesn't seem super sturdy and is somewhat confusing to deploy.
The monitors (I have 3 of these) are a lot better than my old Lenovo 14 inch USB ones. The picture quality is a lot better and more than enough for day to day office work. I played some videos and it's not bad at all. USB-C is future so these should last longer with newer hardware. I'm currently using two of these monitors via DisplayLink drivers as my 5th and 6th screens attached to MacBook Air 13" M1 2020 which incidentally supports only one native display (have a Dell 2515H via HDMI in a UGREEN USB-C hub). They're connected via Kensington USB 3.0 hub that's connected to USB-C adapter.
