Unable to connect
The printer looks great, really compact - just what I wanted. Unfortunately, am still unable to connect to my laptop or phone , apparently this printer is not recognised by any if my devices. Have tried all of the instructions, hints & tips but cannot get a connection. Pros and cons even
Difficult to set up and no step by step guide. Copying no prob, but printing from my smartphone problematic - forget smartprint. I ended up buying cables from printer to phone. However, the printing is very clear although slow. Mind you for £80?! One tip on set up- if not printing, switch off phone and printer then start again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great little Printer
Once setup correctly, it works very well with no problems. Quite tricky to establish the printers' email address, as you have to go into the printers WiFi settings to turn off web services, then re-enable them to get your own personalised email address. Crisp, quality printing, at a great price.
Using it via WI-FI and the connection is fast and easy. The printing is crisp and of great quality. The only problem I ran into, was upon set up, it needed a connection code, which needs to be printed out, unfortunately this wasn't in the instructions and I had to find out online, how to do it (pressing the two middle buttons together) but so far it has been near perfect.
