Not a Fancy looking Display port lead but it works
Simple DP cable at 3 meters long, it works fine no issues what so ever. I have a multi display set up of 3 monitors at 1080 into my EVGA 960sc graphic card, bought 3 of these DP leads, all work fine, it may be not as fancy made as some that are out there on the market with the braded wire or lead ends, but not many are 3 meters long. and when you got to cable route your system you need extra length which i need at this moment. May replace at a later date for some more fancying looking leads for a gaming rig build and look. but over all these leads are a good start, well for me anyways. Price was reasonable got 2 leads at first, needed a third and price slightly rose but not by much but still what I payed for the leads at time I thought was ok..

Not the most interesting computer part but...
Without a display wire, where would your image be? Having used the HDMI output of my GTX 1080 since I bought it, I have been watching 1440P screens with interest, especially the high refresh ones. The limitation of HDMI shows itself here, limited to 60hz, I had to be ready, so I ordered this Displayport Cable. Well, build quality is exactly what I expected, it is exactly as pictured, like HDMI, you plug and play. Sound too, like HDMI is transferred down the cable, so no messy speakers (unless you want them). The picture is rock solid. The 3m cable is long enough that I can move my mid-tower anywhere and I can add a 2nd screen with the HDMI spare socket now, or plug in VR without keep removing the monitor. It was a dull, wet February morning and I was at a loss what to do with myself. Suddenly, without warning there was a ring at the doorbell. From the cheery way the bell chimed I knew this was going to be a good day. Excitedly in anticipation of the visitor to my humble abode, I careered down the stairs with gay abandon – almost treading on my cat Jacob R-M on my way. I opened the door to see Hercules Grytpype-Thynne, my lugubrious postman. With his usual morbid tone, he thrust a package into my hand saying “Parcel for you mate”. Even his despondent visage could not stop me feeling overcome by a sense of extreme elation as I took the package tentatively from his hands. “Cheers” he mumbled. “Thank you!!” I sang. I rushed to the kitchen table where I attempted to open the package. At first, I grabbed the kitchen knife from the draw to tear open the mysterious package, but then something stopped me. No! This package deserved better than a Tesco Value range bread knife to disgorge its contents! I rummaged in the kitchen draw to find the implement that was more appropriate to a package of this import. Uncannily , I placed my hands on the cold steel of the precision engineered haberdashery scissors left to me by my great Aunt Mabel, an esteemed seamstress in her day. Tentatively I began to cut around the edges of the package to reveal its contents. Behold! O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!' What appeared before me was breathtaking, I had to sit and compose myself for some time before I could bring myself to look any further. I felt like the traveller coming across Ozymandias’s works! This was truly a work of pure art, genius and almost Biblical in its nature. For before me lay the most incredible, amazingly functional piece of electronic connectivity known to man. Good cable for 144hz
I bought a new 144hz monitor and needed a cable that allowed me to view it in a high refresh rate.
