Was slightly hesitant about buying a pre-owned mesh network router/satellite but these were easy to setup with the Orbi app. It extended the wifi network just the range I needed through the entire home (~1,100 sq ft). Great router. not usable as a satellite.
This router works really well. I have the same one and I am very happy with it. It does not however work well as a satellite in an existing mesh. I would have had to set it up as an access point with a different SSID and that didnt work for me. If you live on a concrete house with concrete walls, you need this router!
