A product to buy when available.
If I hadn't been told, I wouldn't have known this flour was out of date and: . . . as because of this it was a very good price, I consider it an excellent buy. It was only a few months out of date & I don't think it matters too much with flour, unless it has been badly stored?In this case, no sign of weevils, damp or a rancid smell. Very pleased!

Wrong goods
Wrong flour... I was so pleased when I found this product but I didn't get what I ordered. They sent me 'Gluten free' flour which wasn't at all to my taste. I hope I find a home for it soon as I hate wasting food.

Gluten free bread
I mix this flour with the Doves farm white bread flour to make gluten free bread.. It makes a very nice loaf, but I do use my own recipe which I have adjusted as time has gone by.
