To my mind the Vogel's Saw Palmetto is the best and most effective I have come across. I have tried many others and none comes anywhere close. I have used this for years and have not noted any side effects whatsoever. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to those unwilling to risk the kind of side effects associated with many of the prescription medications given for the same complaint. Not the cheapest, but by far the best
Over several years I exhausted the list of medications suggested by my GP. None gave me any measurable relief from my prostate problems, and several had unpleasant side effects.
