Good saw for the price, better power and better built than others on the market.
I've used larger bridge saws for cutting a lot if marble so was wary of buying a little one like this but I was very pleased. Worth paying more for the extra watts (550 instead of the usual 450 ones) I used it one marble, limestone and terracotta. It handles the hard material fine, so long as you are not forcing the stone through. The only drawback was the water tank needed topping up frequently but then I was cutting the stone into strips. Having the water tank separate is a great idea as it is so much easier to clean out to remove the sludge build up. The ones with an integral reservoir are a real pain! Great Product, great value for money
This is a great product for the money. I'm a professional Tiler and I have a large wet tile cutter for large hard tiles. However, for the small tiles that I don't need my big cutter for but need to cut angles in, I use a small wet cutter. I've had it for years and I needed to update it. I brought this wet cutter and it is great. It will even cut large 10mm porcelain tiles with no problems. No snagging, no motor cutting out, just a Nice clean cut. Some questionable parts/ assembly screws and paint finish.
It's Chinese, so forget build quality, the chassis appears to be repainted, the fixing screws for the blade housing/protection were useless, the on/Off switch fitting was loose..plastic assembly component broken Off..but it cuts tiles!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wish I had this last time
Laid a slate floor in lounge 12 years ago cut tiles with an angle grinder. Now laid slate in kitchen and this made job simple!
