Oxford Rainseal over boots. I got these for cycling. I don't have cleats and don't wear leggings. These fit over my trainers and half way up my calf. Waterproof over boots with reflective detailing and adjustable calf.

Excellent product.
Definitely keep your feet dry and warm - even in the real cold! The left boot cover CAN become worn/damaged from changing gear (unless you have an 'auto') but if you ensure there are no sharp bits on the gear change this should be kept to a minimum.
