Gets the Heart Pumping and the Muscles Working
I watched the DVD before I put it together and also checked YouTube for additional tutorials. They made it look so easy! Well, putting it together was really easy, and it takes up very little space. However, the exercises are not easy (at least not for me), but that just shows how out of shape I am. I do love doing crunches this way, but I prefer to do them in conjunction with the rowing. I can feel it when I'm done, and it feels good! I think it will give me a really good workout and hopefully good results. I'm confident in the Wonder Core II.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great idea but flawed dimensions
I do believe that this could be a really good exercise machine, speaking from a retired PE teachers point of view. However, the "front end" has no adjustment and my legs and feet do not easily fit the required position for the feet. Hence I am looking for an alternative way to position my calves and feet! This is a big flaw ! I am "normal" height and dimensions and so I am quite disappointed that there is no adjustment to fit. At the moment exercising is uncomfortable on my legs below the knee. I cannot recommend this product at the moment, but hopefully someone can redesign the front end to make it comfortable for all.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Excellent product, doesnt take up space and is not heavy. I waited a while before I wrote reviews to test this. Having been unwell for over a year I found myself having weak muscles and core but within a few weeks use I already see positive changes. There is an app which links to youtube videos. There are some full workouts which are good. Recommend this product for beginner intermediate.
