Works even with moderate exercize.
I'm pushing 60 with no time to go to the gym. Workout at home is moderate and hasn't changed much in 10 years. Elliptical machine is the toughest thing in the routine. The workout is mostly for cardio and to keep from rounding off. Bulking up is not a goal. With that said, there has been a noticeable toning and performance gain with 2 months of using HighT Black. 4 per day is recommended, I take 2 per day.
