Good little set and good value for money.
Good value for money, it has it's faults but for the money a pleasing little toy. Your child may have trouble aligning the train back on the track if and when it may derail, but overhaul a good little set and easy enough to use and only needs 2 AA batteries and no other power source.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

What you pay is what you get
I won't like to give even lower rating for this product as it did not cost me much. The quality matches the price you pay for it. Do consider this aspect while buying this for your small kids (2-5 year olds). The tracks are made of flimsy plastic that needs care while assembly and disassembly. I did figure this out when I laid the tracks for the first time and told my 3 year old to ask me everytime he wants to play with the toy. But kids being kids :-) withing 3-4 days he started on his own and the tracks did not last much after that. Apart from that the toy is good. I would suggest that they remove one of the three wagons since 3 wagons and an engine are too lengthy for the curve of the track and the trains keeps jumping over. Rather use the plastic from the removed wagon to improve the quality of the tracks :-)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Classic Battery Operated Train Set With Tracks - Children Kids Toy
Good value for money. The models are around 1:100 / 1:87 TT and HO scale, with HO gauge bogies and they do run on OO gauge track. This pack (complete with battery powered locomotive) cost less than a OO gauge bogie wagon, it just needs bringing up to date, with a class 66 style, Diesel locomotive to pull the wagons along. One light but where’s the sounds?
