Impressive features in a pocket sized product
I bought thie Zeus 8x25 after doing a huge amount of research, for someone who has just one pair of very very good but very heavy binoculars. I wanted to find something excellent but pocket sized. I cannot recommend these highly enough. They are so light but still feel sturdy in the hands. The clarity of the vision is excellent, and my friend commented that it easily equalled the quality of vision of his larger set, even though the magnification of these is slightly less. Much better ergonomics than their more expensive versions of mini binoculars (and of previous eras) and offer an excellent lightweight and small alternative to a conventional binocular. The focus wheel is a little stiffer than might have been expected and there is a mild feeling of "plastic" throughout, but they are bright and clear as well as being genuinely lightweight, with comfortable eye pieces/relief. They are a shade dearer than one might expect for this standard of mini-binocular, but they do use ED glass (making the images brighter). Perfect for in the car, travel or children! For me, they offer decent performance for hill walking wildlife walks when I don't want to damage my main - and much more expensive - binoculars!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
