Poor Quality - Very Soft Coating - Definately NOT Double ORCA coating.
I have bought mugs from Signzworld before and they were of acceptable quality. This batch however are possibly the worst quality mugs I have experienced in over 30 years of dye-sub printing. The coating, which is certainly NOT "Double ORCA" is very soft and both the transfer paper and heat tape show indentation marks after printing and all areas where the paper has been in contact with the mugs shows the actual fibre pattern of the paper (which sticks to the mugs after printing and only a soaking in water will get it off). All areas that have been in contact with the paper also become a rough matt surface after printing. ORCA coatings are very hard and do not indent. This problem is caused by a low quality coating that melts too easily. Even reducing pressure, time and temperature does not affect the paper sticking to these mugs.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
