Patterning on box
The meter box has a lot of patterning on it where it looks as though the injected plastic did not fully mould to the correct thickness or there may have been bits in the mould. However, it is still fully usable and better than the box its replacing. This may become a long term issue though if water and dirt collects in the pattern.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

excellent piece of kit, fitted straight on to my exixting back plate, only had to make small cut at bottom to slip round gas pipes.

Gas meter box
This is a solidy made gas meter box cover. However, big problem for most folks is that mine did not fit. I had to use an electric saw to remove a piece to make it fit. Most folks would nether have the skill or the tools. Somebody from maufacturers needs to fit this to a few gas boxes around the country. Very poor.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
