Easily the best looking water cooler I have come across, All the features work perfectly, and when they say it produces exceptionally cold water, they mean it. It also runs very quiet, with no vibrations. Meets Expectations, Just noisy
Product works as described, I only have a couple small issues with it. I wish the LED white light on it was a cool light blue or another color that isn't so aggressive on my eyes in the middle of night. Also when cooling or pumping the water from the bottle into the cooling chamber it is very loud. Loud enough to be distracting. This is a Replacement
We bought a Whirpool cooler about 10 years ago and it has worked great. It was starting to make a little noise, so we wanted to replace it. The price on this one is close to what we paid 10 years ago. However, what you get has been scaled down. The water gets hot enough and the cold gets cold enough. There's not a programmable led screen to activate an on and off cycle. The area beneath won't take as tall of bottle when filling a sport bottle. It's promotes self cleaning, however you still have to descale this one like we did for the old one. It is quiet and we can put a plant on the top, since it's a bottom loader. Time will tell if this machine turns out to be the real work horse like the last one we bought. I think I would have bought the same one I bought ten years ago if they were still making that model.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

WOW! LOVIN' THIS!!
I am extremely happy with this water dispenser! The cold water is really cold, the hot water is HOT! No more waiting for water to boil to have my tea or digging ice cubes out of the freezer to cool drinking water. The night light is a wonderful feature.
