Avoid like the plague
This product took ages to build mainly because the parts (screws/bolts) are of the wrong size. When it was finally built the handle you turn to collect the balls disconnected Immediately (as per other reviews warn) and was unable to collect the balls. After 3 hours of putting together we have an unusable product for a small child but one I have to hold him in the air to try and use manually. Holding a 14kg 2 year old in the air is arm breaking and definitely not the reason I purchased this. Expensive plastic rubbish.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I'm very disappointed with this play zone the ball conveyer belt does not hold the cups firmly enough and the wheel and handle that turns it continues to fall off. Manufacturers need to look at design for turn crank
This would be such a good product if it worked , unfortunately the tiny screws that hold onto the bit to turn constantly come loose meaning it stops working x real shame as my boys love playing with it but I have to tighten screws every 2 mins so it can be used xVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Balls
Bought this for my grandson. The handle keeps coming loose so doesn’t turn to pick the balls. It’s a bit hit and miss picking them up when it does work. Good with water attachment in garden. I had it in conservatory so he could play indoors with the balls.. I bought when on offer glad I didn’t pay full price. Not used the paddling pool yet as we already had one

Poor design and very difficult to build
It took hours to build and the wheel to turn the buckets. Does not stay in and keeps coming off during play. My 3 year old loves it dispite the faults and he just pulls on the rope rather than using the turning wheel.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
