Best Balm to Buy.
I have suffered with thick dry skin on my heels for years but recently I have been having issues with painful cracking. Flexitol balm is the best product I have ever tried. It works quickly and effectively to soften and restore and may provide relief for dry skin in other areas. Once the balm has done its work it is best to continue to treat with a maintenance cream, possibly one that contains a lower percentage of urea. Again I would recommend Flexitol for such a product. I have ongoing problems with a foot deformity which has caused callouses. My chiropodist recommended this and it has made a big difference to my pain and hard skin which builds up. I have been using Flexitol Heel Balm as the best HEAL balm I ever tried. My heals used to get cracked and painful for decades until Flexitol arrived in the matket. At the beginning I used tubes until I found the 500 gr packages which made it a little cheaper to use. I rub it into my heels and feet about twice weekly, either when I get up in the morning or after shower. Haven't suffered from broken heels at all since I started using it. If your feet have very hard dead skin around the heels and other pressure points, apply this cream twice a day for about a week. Then use a file, or electric defoliating machine and with a bit of patience, you will be able to scrape away the dead skin.
