The pan to have.
Quality pan and cups. Makes poaching eggs really easy. Ive had other cheaper pans that don't last but this one seems to be holding up well. Never had a bad result yet.

The seach was worthwhile!
Having gone through several poachers I knew exactly what I wanted, viz sturdy compact stainless pan that would work on regular or ceramic hotplates and a glass lid with a hole to let the steam out. This product has it all - and as a bonus can be used as a regular saucepan. Terrific!
