Works Amazing
I bought this for my boyfriend who is on his feet all day. His feet sweat so he has to change his shoes and socks when he gets home. he now puts his shoes on this in the spare room when he gets home and when he gets up in the morning they are dry. He used to put his shoes over the floor vents when the furnace kicked on to try to dry them out, and the whole room would smell like feet. GROSS! Peet shoe dryer.
This boot Dryer takes a long time to dry my work boots. My old boot dryer had a fan built in to help move the heat and remove humidity. This dryer takes 24hrs or more to completely dry my boots compared to 12hrs with mybold dryer. Even after the 24hrs, the toes still are a little damp as the heat doesn’t make it all the way to the toes. I’m disappointed as there were a lot of good reviews for this item before I purchased. Simple but Effective
This boot dryer works well and is very quiet when operating which is a big plus. The only reason I didn't award it 5 stars is because there is no on-off switch on the unit which I consider to be a major flaw. Unless you purchase a separate on/off switch (available at the hardware store), this means you have to plug and unplug it from the wall each time you want to use it which limits where it can be placed or requires the use of an extension cord.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Saves my feet
Every day I come home with sweaty or wet boots, every morning I go to work with dry and warm boots on! My feet are so much more comfortable because of this product. It really cuts down on the shoe stink, and I think my shoes end up lasting longer too. I bought a second PEET dryer for when the family comes back from the mountain, and a glove attachment to keep the ski gloves from getting stinky as well. I put the dryer in the laundry room with the fan on when something is really wet or smelly. I love the low voltage, low-risk aspect of the dryer. Good value, American made, works well , absolutely silent.
It's great, its American made, it's affordable, and it works well. My only complaint would be that I wish it had an indicator light so you know it's working. When you plug it in theres no noise, no fan, absolutely nothing, you just gotta wait till the ends of the tubes gently warm up. Really that's a good thing, I'd just like some sort of indicator light.
