does what it promises
needed something to keep a nuisance rug from persistently creeping over a fitted carpet. had tried other underlays before with no lasting success so this is doing the job very well. just used the tape at the edges and after 1 week so far hasn't budged. a bit reluctant to use it on the wooden floor though as the sticky is VERY sticky. many thanks for solving our problem.
