Had it a few weeks. Was slightly concerned about spending so much on a refurb, but so far so good. Realised that if you want two different types of coffee (for some reason) one type can go in the pre-ground container and one can go in the bean container. It’s simple choose which one you want using the panel. It’s got an OCD about cleaning itself, but it isn’t any hassle. You can just wander off and come back if you can’t be bothered watching it. The coffee is brilliant. Brought a bottle of the chocolate syrup, so can make mochas, which I acknowledge you can do with most of these machines. I can’t compare to anything else as I’ve not tried other ones. I though I’d use it occasionally, but I use it everyday.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Ok but not amazing for the price.
It's an OK machine, it does what it says but I must say the coffee quality is somewhat disappointing. I had tried coffee from an older cheaper machine that I liked better. The frother is nice but you have to be so careful when you clean it as very hot steam comes off. I have a very very thick sponge I wrap around the spout so that this hot steam doesn't scald me. I liked the auto turn on option. Also it has inbuilt desclaler cartridge which you buy from Delonghi. Luckily the machine can be programmed to run without it as it's much more expensive than just using your usual Brita desclaler and pouring the descaled water into the machine instead of having to buy Delonghi's expensive one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Arrived a little slower than expected. However was well informed to when it would arrived. Was well packed and marked as fragile. Only issue was is the language was in Czech. Had a few teething issues to begin with but its working fine now. Surprisingly even on its most intense setting its still not quite strong enough for me.
