For cookers and ovens the model number is usually found inside the door on the main body of the cooker. Where the hob is separate, the model number is normally found on the underside of the hob. You may be able to get access by removing the oven from the unit, if built in underneath.

No particular special features, matches the rest of my hob, looked odd with one missing albeit I could take one off another to use on missing one.
Product is what I needed as one had broken was a bit surprised at almost £10 each however, I suppose don't have a similar item to be a comparison in price.

Revive my old hob!
I've had more than one of these as the original fittings on my old hob perish from heat and use. It makes the kitchen so much nicer to have clean and complete fittings

Eventuality
It's nice and neat , different color and smaller than other three but it's the jet more often used . Piece of plastic broke on the one that was replaced. Was going to fix it but the small plastic that broke off went missing .

The knob is the correct external dimensions & materials. However, it is difficult to fit due width of recess. Lacks brass spacer of original.
