Handy protable Wifi hotspot
This is my first mobile data Wifi hotspot device and its good. Its small and well designed and so-far easy to use. The only advice Id give to anyone using devices like this is to make careful notes of all passwords required - and to change the default ones straight away to avoid others hi jacking your data. The unit has a single switch to turn it on, comes on-line quickly, and its neat package allows you to carry it or stow it away very easily. It has good battery life too. Poor connection
I couldn't use it on holiday which was why I bought. Connection in the area was poor anyway and I just could not connect at all. I was told if I turned my mobile data on it would connect but I was skeptical to do this as I would have had charges from my mobile phone company. So I have sold it and have since found out my phone company won't be charging roaming data in European countries in the future. So wasn't worth keeping.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect little travel companion

I also use it when travelling and when on holiday, and it has also been loaned out to friends and family who then went on to buy their own. Nice design, and great value at this price. It is a bit confusing to set up but once up and running it worked very well in my Somerset location. I have also tested it in central Portugal and if roaming is activated it works there too. An installer program keeps popping up on my screen but clicking it does nothing - I just zap it and it affects nothing. In spite of logging on to the EE website and entering the appropriate passwords I have been unable to log in to my account which should enable me to check usage. The account also enables piggy backing onto WiFi hot spots thus saving your Mbts - but only if you can log into your account! It is possible to buy more usage £15 for 2Gb, but I have bought three 2Gb sims for £15 on Ebay (where else). You just chuck out the old sim and insert a new one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great lightweight item
We bought this for the caravan as we are in an area that has a very poor phone signal even 4 g is very poor. As we are not very technical we were not sure if this would work or not However we bought it and a data card and it was so simple to set up it was ready to use in no time. What a great little gadget
I bought this mobile wifi hotspot recently not really expecting it to be any good because I would be using it in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales - I was wrong! Very easy to set up with the clear and simple instructions provided. Each time I have used the E5330 it has works first time every time. My wife and I often access the internet at the same time and the download speeds are very impressive for general web browsing. It's works a treat.
It works really good,it's pocket size it can be used in many places. I got it mainly for when away spending a few days in my Caravan. It also was delivered within 2 days. The only thing is there is no basic instructions of setting up in box. I did manage and looked on YouTube,and got the basics there.
