The accessory tools can be fiddly to work with and assemble..as Bosch literally want one to strap the hoover base across your shoulders to work them. Great on carpets, charge lasts well, very happy
Love it! I think it does a better job of vacuuming carpets (and hard floors) than our Dyson V8. Charge seems to last well too (again better than Dyson).
