I have been using ACV for some years now, but over this past year I concentrated on weight loss .. from Mon 8 Jan to Mon 17 Dec 2018 I have lost 51 lbs in weight .. I followed the NHS 12-week calorie-counting weight loss program .. but instead of 12-weeks I made it a 12-month regime .. some exercise, adjusting my diet slowly rather than just shut off certain foods I have been eating for a generation .. the taste is pure but very little 'mother' if any
its probably good value for money by weight or volume. however there is very little mother in the product. I drink it to burn calories and I have already noticed it does not work as well as the smaller bottles that have obvious mother in it. I poured a litre into a glass bottle and no mother was in that litre, I did shake it up but i could find the mother will be there in the bottom when i get to the end of the 5 litre container, but I doubt there will be much.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
