Model: NS02. The Teng NS02 Nut Splitter Set is ideal for removing rusted on nuts from studs etc. Place the nut splitter over the seized nut. Size 3 tool: 14mm to 27mm. Tighten the high tensile bolt and force the cutting blade in to the nut.

Poor Quality
I did extensive reviews on a number of manufacturers nut splitters before settling on TengTools. I was careful in setting up but corroded nuts didn’t bed well in the holder and after performing OK initially the blade soon started to twist. The grub screws despite me ensuring they were correctly tightened and properly positioned within the key way gave out and the blade tip became uncontrollable. Both the small size splitter and the larger size failed after about splitting 4 nuts each. Perhaps they should package them with spare grub screws and make the screws of a larger size and hence more robust to resist the turning action of the blade when tightening. Low cost nut splitters are in my view and experience not good value for money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does work.
Dismantled it first and greased the shaft and the groove as advised by an engineer for a similar tool. Worked a treat on the first nut, but didn't split the second nut, maybe the chisel point needed sharpening again. Anyway, it made a deep groove in the nut so was able to free it using a cold chisel and hammer!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
