100 studs and a piercing gun at not a big cost, earrings are not stainless steel but for the money you pay and what you get you really can't go far wrong as long as you don't have metal allergies, the piercing gun is straight forward to use, you pull the pressure button out at the end of the gun, pull the trigger bit to secure the area your piercing and then flick the switch at the side when your ready, easy as that, I would recommend this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great price but not surgical steel
The gun is fantastic and you get a good amount of piercing studs which have the pointed end to make piercing less traumatic on ears but when I went to put the whole unit and studs into boiled water to decontaminate them the studs produced small amounts of rust, have bought better quality studs now and can’t be too mad as he price is great, stud pierced easily even on the top of my ear at the cartilage area, would buy againVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good overall item
The only thing I can fault this is the fact it has no instructions so thankfully there's YouTube and it was fairly easy to pierce my nose I do only recommend this if you plan on fully doing it as my friend tried it and failed because it hurt yet she made it worse by messing with her nose whereas I got it right in no blood and it's healed really well....Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
