It's so amazing that the Simply Fit Board - a little piece of exercise equipment, really makes a huge difference! It may be small, but don't be fooled! Very Happy with this Fit Board
I am actually surprised that I like this as much board as I do. I have purchased my share of exercise equipment that I never used, like I thought I would. This has been fun to use. It is easy to get the hang of. Easy to store in between workouts. I am 54 and have put this to good use. I have added into an already established elliptical and light weight workout. I felt soreness the very next day letting me know that it is working some different muscles. It's fun to use. You can hold on with one hand for balance until you get the hang of it. Really challenging! It takes balance and some practice to get the hang of it but once you get it down, it's one heck of a good workout!
