It took a little stretching and working to get this to feel comfortable. My previous largest toy was 2 inches in diameter, and this is slightly bigger - 2.25 inches. After I get the 2 inch one in comfortably, I switch to this and it is firm but soft, and goes in easily. Good pressure on the prostate. So far to large for me, also the base is to soft, I don't want to be one of these people that have to go to the hospital to get it removed because the base wasn't firm enough to stop it from slipping all the way in. Nice stretch, but not an around town plug
